IPv6
IPv6 is the next generation communication protocol that is used on the internet today. It is expected that we will run out of usable IPv4 addresses within a couple of years. Since 2008 the popularity of IPv6 is rapidly increasing mostly since more and more ISP's became aware of the need for IPv6.
